Busy week

It has been quite a busy week so far - and pretty tiring as well. It is funny - without a weekend in there I end up getting pretty exhausted by this time of the week.

Had a nice night last night. Went to the gym - my fitness has improved heaps. Rode 16 miles on the bike in 30 minutes, which was a pretty good clip. Kept the heart rate high for quite a while. Got my heart rate up to 191 bpm for a few minutes. Unfortunately, this morning I checked Wikipedia and that is above my maximum allowed heart rate. Ahh well, the ticker is OK this morning. :)

The had a gorgeous home cooked lamb dinner with Vesna which was fantastic. Enjoyed a delicious Spanish Rioja with it as well. Very nice.
